IKM Diskominfo

IKM Diskominfo of Tabalong Regency is a digital survey platform owned by the Department of Communication and Information Technology of Tabalong Regency to measure the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) towards the quality of public services. The public can fill out the assessment online without needing to create an account, covering 9 elements of assessment with 4 quality categories. The survey results are displayed in real-time and are open to the public as a form of transparency and accountability of the regional government.
