IKM Diskominfo

The Tabalong Regency Diskominfo SME is a digital survey platform owned by the Tabalong Regency Communication and Informatics Office to measure the Community Satisfaction Index (SME) on the quality of public services. The community can fill in the assessment online without the need to create an account, including 9 assessment elements with 4 quality categories. The results of the survey are displayed in real-time and open to the public as a form of transparency and accountability of local governments.
